The Virtual Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMHT) position offers licensed therapists the opportunity to develop or expand their private practice while working remotely. Headway provides support by simplifying insurance processes, marketing, and patient referrals, enabling therapists to increase their clientele effectively and efficiently. Offering flexible hours and a commitment to enhancing mental healthcare access, this role allows practitioners to conduct therapy sessions and oversee medication management either in-person or via telehealth.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
