Certifications: BLS, Flu Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only)

Must-Have: Two supervisory references (Manager level or above)

Job Description:
- Work in a 16-bed operating room with a variety of surgical specialties, including General, Urology, Robotics, Colo-Rectal, Endo, Neuro, Gyn, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Total Joints, Plastics, and Vascular.
- Vascular and Open Heart skills are not required as these specialties have their own teams.
- Responsibilities include Case Cart management, scrubbing, high-level disinfection, and maintaining aseptic technique.
- Must be familiar with equipment such as DaVinci XI, Stryker Endoscopy, Olympus Urology, Depuy/Synthes Ortho, and Zimmer Biomet Ortho.
- Daily case volume is around 35 cases.
- Familiarity with Epic, Pyxis, and SBAR systems is required.
- Work every other weekend and possibly float within the facility, though rare.
- Participate in 7-8 call shifts in a 6-week schedule period.
- Must be available to work major holidays if they fall during the assignment period.
- Compliance with all requirements is necessary to start on time; non-compliance may delay the start by two weeks.
