**Experience:** Minimum of 2 years, with a strong preference for experience in hospitals with over 100 deliveries per month

**License:** MO or Compact licensure required

**Certifications:** ACLS, BLS, & NRP required; AWOHNN preferred

**Must-Have:** CPI Blue Card for Behavioral Health RNs and LCSWs, Cerner experience preferred, 2 references in the profile from a charge nurse or above

**Job Description:**
- Work in a level 4 maternity center handling admissions from a broad service area.
- Manage routine labors, inductions, low-intervention deliveries, PPROM, cerclage placement and removal, fetal demises, insulin drips, heparin drips, placenta accreta, placenta previa, decreased fetal movement, fetal growth restriction, pre-eclampsia, SUD, and unstable antepartum patients.
- Participate in D&C procedures.
- Handle a busy unit with 12 labor rooms, 4 ante rooms for overflow, 2 operating rooms, and an adjacent OB Triage unit.
- Circulate own cases in the operating room.
- Collaborate with a 24/7 supervisor as a resource for the service line.
- Mandatory floating within Maternal/Child area.
- Required to work 50% of holidays and weekends during the contract.
- Return travelers not requiring re-orientation if returning within 18 months.
