**Job Title:** CT Technologist

**Shift:** 40-hour traveler, Saturday - Tuesday, overnight, 4 ten-hour shifts, every weekend and occasional holidays

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of diagnostic radiologic experience. 1 year experience in CT preferred.

**License:** Registered A.R.R.T.- CT, MA RT-CT License

**Certifications:** Current CPR skills required

**Must-Have:** Proficiency in IV contrast infusion techniques with certification in IV infusion

**Job Description:**

- Perform CT scans on patients, ensuring high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Operate CT equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all operational guidelines and standards.
- Maintain patient care and comfort during imaging procedures, addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaborate with the radiology and broader medical team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Utilize cross-sectional anatomy knowledge to accurately interpret imaging results.
- Ensure all imaging is conducted while complying with established protocols and safety regulations.
- Document and report any equipment malfunctions according to the facility's policies.
- Participate in continuing education opportunities to remain current in the field.
- Provide coverage during weekends and holidays as required.
