**Certifications:** ARRT, ACLS, BLS, EPIC experience

**Must-Have:** COVID-19 Vaccine (Medical/Religious Exemptions Only) and Flu Vaccine

**Job Description:**

- Work on a 4x10 shift schedule with a day off to be determined.
- Available for one call day per week, every other week, plus three additional call days within a 60-day period (technician can sign up for these).
- Weekend call occurs every seven to eight weeks – on call from Friday night through Monday morning.
- Primarily work at one location but must float between other locations as needed.
- Perform various procedures including angiograms, venograms, PICC, Port-a-Cath, vertebroplasty, GI bleed, embolization, biliary tube exchange, nephrostomy, IVUS, fistulagram, trans-jugular biopsy, IVC filter removal, and neuro case thrombectomy.
- Use of equipment like EKOS, Inari, Penumbra, and Jeti.
- Adhere to dress code: no agency or brand logos on scrubs/apparel, no nose rings or gauged earrings, natural fingernails of specified length, polish acceptable.
- Be prepared for background policy compliance and references requirement.
- Orient for 16 hours as part of the onboarding process.

**Additional Information:**

- Tattoos/piercings: No excessive visible nose rings or gauged earrings.
- Nails: Should be less than 1/4" in length; associates in direct client care must have natural fingernails, polish is acceptable.
- Facilities provide a refrigerator and microwave on-site for employee use.
