**Guaranteed Hours:** To be discussed

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year

**License:** Registered Nurse

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

**Must-Have:** Ability to manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 and responsibility for patients on each team.

**Job Description:**
- Work in a 36-bed capacity observation unit.
- Provide care for medical patients and overflow medical/surgical patients.
- Serve a diverse age range from young adults to late adults (18-60+).
- Collaborate with a staffing team that includes RNs, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs).
- Ensure compliance with all nursing standards and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
