**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Job Specialty:** Critical Care

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 3 varied 12-hour shifts per week (Day and Night openings)

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum of 1 year in ICU/PCU

**License:** Registered Nurse License

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS

**Must-Have:**

- Experience working in Critical Care or Progressive Care Units
- Ability to work both day and night shifts as needed
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a Critical Care setting
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care delivery
- Monitor and assess patients' conditions, implementing appropriate interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Operate and troubleshoot various medical equipment and devices
- Maintain patient records and documentation accurately using Cerner EMR
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to treatment planning
- Comply with health and safety regulations and protocols
- Be adaptable to meet performance expectations in a dynamic environment
- Provide holiday coverage as required in the unit
