**Job Title:** Respiratory Therapist

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Day Shift, 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

**Experience:** Minimum of 1-year experience required in adult critical care

**License:** South Carolina Respiratory Care Provider (RCP) license must be in hand at time of start

**Certifications:** BLS, RRT

**Must-Have:** Experience in adult ICU, stepdown, and floor care; EPIC and Cerner experience preferred

**Job Description:**

- Provide respiratory therapy in a teaching hospital environment.
- Work in a high-acuity environment, treating adult patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in the Adult ICU, Stepdown, and Floorcare units.
- Float between service lines and occasionally to affiliated facilities.
- Work every other weekend as required and flexible with block scheduling upon approval.
- Complete required orientation and modules pre-start.
- Adhere to facility and unit policies and procedures.
- Available for emergency response assignments during hurricane season if employed during this period.
