**Shift:** 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week
**Experience:** 1-2 years
**License:** Iowa Nursing License
**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
**Must-Have:**
- Experience in ICU
- Iowa SING background check clearance
- Clear county and state background checks
- Mandatory reporter certification (Child and Adult)
- 10-panel drug test including opiates
- Titers from the last 12 months

**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality care to a patient population primarily consisting of adults, including managing complex medical needs and cardiac drips.
- Collaborate with a team to deliver individualized and seamless patient care and support to families and friends.
- Utilize equipment such as Mindray and EHR systems like MediTech to manage patient information.
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:3 within a 10-bed ICU unit.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and strong communication skills.
- Comply with all onboarding requirements before the start date.
- Allow for flexible start days on Monday or Tuesday.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with patients suffering from COPD, chest pain, and other critical conditions.
- Demonstrate an understanding of working in an acute setting with an appreciation for community healthcare needs.

**Dress Code:**
- Scrub color: Any (ensure professional presentation)
- Unacceptable attire includes any garments not adhering to professional standards.
