Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 19:00-07:00

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: Minimum 2 years in behavioral health as RN

License: RN License

Certifications: BLS Certification

Must-Have:
- At least 2 years of behavioral health experience as an RN
- BLS Certification

Job Description:
- Provide psychiatric care to children and adolescents in a hospital setting
- Work on the 1st floor of a psychiatric unit
- Manage a caseload of patients with emotional/behavioral, psychiatric disorders, and/or substance use disorders
- Ensure patient safety and well-being while following all hospital protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Document patient care accurately and timely in the EMR system
- Maintain a professional demeanor and standard of care at all times
- Adhere to dress code policies and maintain professionalism in appearance
- Participate in weekend rotation every 3rd Saturday and Sunday
- No call requirements for this position
