- Independently manage weekend shifts, with scheduling details discussed during the interview.
- Be available for on-call duties, with specifics provided during the interview process.
- Participate in a 2-week orientation to familiarize with facility and unit procedures.
- Wear designated black scrubs during shifts.
- Approvals for time off are discussed and obtained during the manager interview.
