License: Valid WI License required at time of submission
Certifications: BLS, ARRT (T)
Must-Have: Experience with CT/iCT, MRI, PET Scan, B-Mode Acquisition targeting, Calculation of radiation doses, Pinnacle (Philips), Eclipse (Varian)

Job Description:
- Perform a rotation of start-up machines with varying start times.
- Work schedule excludes weekends and holidays unless a holiday falls on a Thursday; in that case, work Sunday through Wednesday.
- No call duty required.
- Experience with Varian True Beam A-line RT is helpful.
- Proficiency with Aria system is beneficial.
- Modules to be completed during orientation, recorded via Kronos, totaling up to 8 hours.
- Required to float within the hospital when needed, as per specialty specifics.
- Completion and upload of caregiver records required within specified timeframe.
- Ensure compliance by following vacation/work schedule and undergoing necessary labs post-assignment signing.
- Submit proof of background initiation and lab appointment as required.

Note: Flu Vaccine is required, with medical/religious exemptions only. COVID-19 Vaccine is not required.
