**Must-Have:**
- Experience with Pediatrics and NICU

- Skills: Monitoring, Vent Management, Oxygen Therapy, Arterial Blood Gas (ABG) Drawing
**Job Description:**
- No requests for time off after booking; any call-offs or additional requests could result in cancellation.
- Block scheduling is not allowed.
- Execute respiratory care procedures across various pediatric units and floors.
- Responsible for the management of pediatric and neonatal patients with monitoring, ventilation, and oxygen therapy.
- Handle an average ratio of 10-15 patients per day in pediatrics and neonates.
- Provide support and respiratory care in PICU and NICU settings, covering 50-60% of the cases daily.
- Must be flexible to float to different pediatric units and floors as required.
- Participate in unit orientation lasting 30 hours.
- Conform to every third weekend work requirement.
- Engage in potential on-call duties, workload dependent.
- Preferably skilled in working with Servo I ventilators and performing ground transport duties.
- Required to wear black scrubs.
- Complete non-billable modules and orientation hours as indicated.
- Adhere to fatigue policy limiting work to no more than 5 days in a row or 60 hours in a week.
