**Guaranteed Hours:**

**Experience:** 1 Year / First Timers Accepted

**License:** Valid WA or Compact RN License

**Certifications:** Registered Respiratory Therapist with Critical Care Experience

**Must-Have:**
- Critical Care Experience
- Epic Charting Experience

**Job Description:**
- Work in a Short Term Acute Care Level III Trauma Center
- Perform respiratory therapy duties efficiently during the night shift
- Ensure respiratory care for patients with varying levels of critical care needs
- Expected patient ratio of 8:1
- Floatation between units is not required
- On-call duty is not required
- Required to work every other weekend
- Follow organizational policies and procedures
- Complete required training modules before starting and annually
- Must provide two supervisory references covering employment within a comparable specialty/setting in the last three years
- Willingness to comply with potential floating to sister facilities nearby
- COVID-19 Vaccine not required; Flu Vaccine status unknown
