We are seeking a highly qualified Locums Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide part-time care in Coatesville, PA. This is a weekday position with no weekend or on-call requirements, offering 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in long-term care, advanced training, and a passion for providing quality healthcare to geriatric patients.
As a Geriatric Medicine Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive care to an aging patient population. You will conduct assessments, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing management for patients with chronic and acute medical conditions commonly seen in geriatrics. Prescriptive authority is required, as you will be responsible for managing medications and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals.
The role requires a collaborative and compassionate approach, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing
  • Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner License
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience, preferably in long-term care
  • Board Certification by ANCC or AANP
  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with prescriptive authority
  • Active BLS, CDS, and DEA certifications
