Experience: 2 years as Electroneurodiagnostic Technologist or 5 years as Seizure Monitor Technician
License: BLS required
Certifications: R. EEG.T preferred
Must-Have: Pediatric experience, experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center
Description:
- Perform diagnostic testing procedures including EEGs, EPs, NCS, LTM, and ICU/EEG monitoring.
- Work under direct supervision of senior staff and interpreting physician.
- Conduct studies in various settings such as outpatient labs, ERs, ORs, ICUs, special monitoring units, and at the patient's bedside.
- Obtain relevant patient history to guide test conduct.
- Must be knowledgeable in clinical neurology.
- Traveler's permanent address must be 50 miles from the primary work site.
