**Shift:** Day 3x12-Hour (06:45 - 19:15)

**Guaranteed Hours:** To be discussed during the interview

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years required

**License:** State or Compact License pending is acceptable; must be obtained before start

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA)

**Must-Have:**
- Experience with all ages
- Proficiency in Inpatient, Trauma, Scrub, Aseptic Technique
- Experience in ENT, General, Ortho, Ortho/Spine, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Thoracic, Neuro, Gyn, Neuro/Spine

**Job Description:**
- Responsible for providing surgical services in a multi-specialty environment including inpatient, outpatient, and emergent procedures.
- Perform necessary scrub duties using proper aseptic techniques.
- Support surgical procedures including General, Vascular, Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Urology, EENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, OMF, Trauma, Dental, Pediatric, Neonatal, and Endoscopy.
- Utilize special equipment as required, such as the DaVinci Robot.
- Potential for on-call shifts: 1 to 2, 12-hour call shifts every 2 weeks as needed.
- Weekend shifts may be required based on schedule demands.
- Participate in Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team and may be required to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters.
- Floating within the hospital or to an affiliate hospital may be required as needed based on skills and census.
- Complete orientation and mandatory learning modules—both pre-start and annually.
- Adhere to fatigue policy, ensuring not to work more than 5 days in a row or more than 60 hours in a week.
- Specialized skills in Outpatient, Level I Trauma, Teaching Hospital, Transplant, Bariatrics, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Podiatry, Ortho/Total Joints and proficient in using the DaVinci Robot are preferred.

**Note:**
- Personal time off is not permitted during the first week of assignment due to orientation.
- RTO requests must adhere to specified guidelines.
- This role requires compliance with all health and safety regulations, including mandatory vaccinations and certifications.
