**Must-Have:**
- Experience with General Surgery, Endoscopic/Laparoscopic, Bariatrics, and Neuro required
- Experience with Oncology and Ortho procedures highly preferred
- DaVinci experience highly preferred
- Knowledge of operating room procedures

**Job Description:**

- Surgical Tech position with day shift and possible night shift rotation
- Participate in Neuro and ENT surgeries including:
- Anterior cervical fusion, cervical fusion, craniotomy, VP shunt insertion, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, ALIF, XLIF, kyphoplasty
- Endoscopic sinus procedures, septoplasty/rhinoplasty, mastoidectomy/tympanoplasty/stapedectomy, radical neck dissection, tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy, tracheostomy
- Involve in laparoscopic-assisted cases
- Possibility of off-shifting (1-3 shifts/week) every 4-week scheduling period
- Required to take weeknight call (1-2 nights/week on average) and weekend call (every 4-5 weekends on average)
- Block schedule not accommodated
- Participate in a high-volume environment (30 rooms, 60-80 cases per day)
- Scrubs provided by the facility
- Bi-weekly orientations

Additional Requirements:
- Candidates must reside more than 100 miles away from the facility
- A nicotine-free workplace policy is enforced
- Mandatory attendance in orientation sessions, including a charting class
- Participate in weekend/holiday rotations as scheduled (two weekends in a four-week schedule period)
