**Job Title:** Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCU RN)

**Job Specialty:** Critical Care

**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** 3 shifts per week, 12 hours per shift, mixed day and night shifts

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 hours per week

**Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience required

**License:** Current RN license

**Certifications:** BLS, ACLS (Preferred)

**Must-Have:** Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment

**Job Description:**

- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the critical care unit.
- Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess and monitor patients, develop care plans, and communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Adapt to varied shifts, including both day and night rotations, as needed.
- Demonstrate competency in handling critical patient situations and emergency interventions.
- Possess knowledge of electronic medical record systems; experience with Cerner is beneficial.
- Willingness to cover holiday shifts as required to support unit staffing needs.
- Adhere to facility expectations of performance; travelers not meeting expectations may face contract termination.
