**Job Duration:** 13 weeks

**Shift:** Night 12 (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

**Guaranteed Hours:** Not specified

**Experience:** Two plus years of Labor & Delivery experience

**License:** RN License

**Certifications:**
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
- Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) from NCC
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
- STABLE Program

**Must-Have:**
- Willingness to float to perinatal
- Available for on-call one shift (12 hours) every six-week schedule
- Ability to work nights, every other weekend, and holidays as needed

**Job Description:**
- Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
- Administer medications and monitor maternal and fetal well-being during labor.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Educate patients and families on the birthing process and post-partum care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
- Demonstrate proficiency in fetal monitoring and emergency obstetric procedures.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
