Job Details:

  • Coverage: Ongoing

  • CV Anesthesiologist

  • Positions Open: 1 - 2

  • Shift Availability: Mon - Fri 7a-3p

  • Setting: Setting: Level II Trauma Center, Strong CV program

  • Duties: Performing anesthesia in CV cases, supervising CV CRNA(s), performing TEEs, and placing epidurals.

  • Required Procedures: Facile with TEE and comfortable doing all CV cases, excluding transplants, including Ecmo and thoracic cases. Able to perform

  • epidurals.

  • Average case volume is 60 with 8-10 CV Plus TEEs, intubations, a-lines.

  • EMR: CERNER

  • Support Staff: CV CRNA team and CV MD team

  • Travel Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required

  • Credentialing Information: Timeframe: 2-3 weeks

  • Credentialing with other facilities? Yes

  • Billing enrollment - Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less? No

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted AR license Required

  • Board Certified

  • Clean Malpractice - Required

  • Clean Background - Required

  • Availability at time of name clear – Required
