**Job Title:** Respiratory Therapist

**Guaranteed Hours:** 36 Hours Per Week

**Experience:** Minimum 2 Years Required

**License:** Valid State License or Compact License Required (Submission Without License in Hand is Accepted)

**Certifications:** Basic Life Support (BCLS), Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

**Must-Have:** Experience in NICU and/or PICU

**Job Description:**

- Provide respiratory care across various units with a focus on neonatal and pediatric intensive care.
- Work every other weekend as part of the shift requirement.
- Required to have experience in emergency departments, level 1 trauma facilities, NICU, pediatric critical care, and pediatrics.
- Utilize EPIC for charting and documentation.
- Undergo a mandatory orientation period of 40 hours.
- Comply with health and safety guidelines, including necessary vaccinations.
- Engage in professional development and complete required modules prior to start.
- Will not be required to float within the facility or to affiliate hospitals.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with healthcare teams.
