AEM Manager

Summary:

The Communications Marketing Manager will be a member of Client Business Group Customer Experience team.
In this contractual role, the marketing manager will be responsible for external customer communications for business customers ranging from small business to large enterprises.
This individual will sit in Client’s Transactional Communications team and act as a central point of contact for all things related to VBG Customer Communications Management. In this role, the Communications Manager will be responsible to deliver new integrated customer communication and update and manage the lifecycle of existing communications for business stakeholders.
This individual will work closely with the database marketing team, business stakeholders and IT to implement plans for journey improvements and enhanced capabilities.
This includes Client’s email prioritization strategy, implementing rules and governance to guide prioritization, logic, design, frequency and content continuity.
In this role the Communications manager will create communication design for email and SMS templates in an Adobe cloud based communications platform and create new communications frameworks for communication journeys.
In this role the communications manager will interact and collaborate with peers from cross-functional teams including but not limited to: Digital Lifecycle Strategy, CRM Campaign, Product Marketing, Operations, Database Marketing, MarTech, Digital Operations, IT and Sales.

What we are looking for:

Manage VBG Communications Projects for Customer Email and SMS communications.
Own high volume communication templates for B2B customers to audit for completeness, accuracy, brand compliance as well as journeywork – to deliver positive results for customer experience in addition to positioning these templates as a tool to advance our CRM strategy.
Support designing, building, and testing of digital emails/sms/campaigns and ad-hoc communications and will edit HTML emails, content, and templates In Adobe
Building out Adobe Enterprise Manager design templates for email and SMS communications.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of emails that incorporate responsive design, dynamic content, variable data, and advanced testing and interactive elements.
Proactively suggesting process improvements and staying on top of industry best practices
Understands email technology and all the different data sources we have access to and how to best use data and technology to deliver incremental growth.
Work collaboratively with other team members on marketing automation tool enhancements
Adobe Suite proficiency/Independent , proactive out of box thinker with strong collaboration in team environment
Experienced in producing communications in Adobe Enterprise Manager
Be a resource and advocate for best practices in A/B testing, communication composition, and program setup
Bachelor’s degree or six or more years of relevant work experience.
Use expert knowledge of cutting-edge techniques, trends and best practices to design a variety of high-visibility digital projects — from social media content, HTML emails, websites, landing pages, and banners, to presentations and data-visualizations.
Strong communicator, flexible, resourceful, self-directed and deadline driven with strong planning, prioritization and organizational skills.
Work with cross functional technical & Martech teams to develop Customer facing Digital Communications

Even Better:

Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator). Fluency in latest versions of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other visual design and wire-framing tools
Knowledge of Mobile Email Clients, Desktop Email Clients, Tablet Email Clients, web technologies, and relational databases.
Adobe Certified Professional Preferred

Digital Marketing Certification

Compensation:

The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
