**Must-Have:**
- Experience in Trauma Neuro Surgical ICU
**Job Description:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Neuro Trauma Surgical ICU.
- Maintain a standard patient ratio of 2:1.
- Work every other weekend as part of the rotation schedule.
- Follow holiday scheduling based on unit requirements.
- Utilize the Sunrise charting system for documentation.
- Be part of a Level 1 Trauma Center, Stroke Center for excellence, Transplant Center, and Burn Center.
- Care for a diverse patient population, including those with MVC, gunshot wounds, stabbings, falls, CVA, craniotomy, aneurysm rupture, EVD, and lumbar drains.
- Wear royal blue scrubs.
