Job Details:

  • Pay: $ (to be updated)

  • Electrophysiology Tech Radiology / Cardiology

  • Duration: 13 weeks

  • Positions Open: 1

  • Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00)

  • Unit accepts first time travelers

  • Patient Age Group: adults, geriatrics

  • On Call: late shift (finish the day) but no stand by, staff sign up

  • Special Procedures/Unit Details: (Preferred) -Inpatient -Outpatient -Stress Tests (Required) -Obtaining Vitals -Recognition of life threatening arrhythmias -Sinus Node Rhythms -holter monitoring

  • Scrubs : Provided (standard OR scrubs)

  • All units that have on- call requirements require a 30-minute response time. It is outlined as a standard requirement in the unit description. All Swedish facilities with units that necessitate on-call coverage have a response time of 30 min from when the traveler is called in

Requirements:

  • Active Unrestricted WA License

  • Must have 2 full years of experience

  • Certs and Licenses: ARRT, ARRT

  • Advanced Cert(PREFERRED); BLS, ACLS (REQUIRED) [ SKILLS ] - Temporary Pacemaker, Watchman - Arrhythmia Induction - Baseline Measurements - Cardiac Ablation - Cardiac Mapping - Cardioversion - Conduction Studies - Electrophysiology Evaluation - Insertion/Programming of AICDs - Left Atrial Appendage (LAA) Closure - Pacemaker Insertion - Tilt Table Study [Procedural Responsibilities] - Accurate Monitoring - Perform EKG Lead Placement (REQUIRED) - Room Circulator (REQUIRED) - Scrub- maintain sterile field [ ADDITIONAL SKILLS ] - Phlebotomy (REQUIRED) - ER (REQUIRED) - Previous Charge Experience

  • Must be able to provide at least 1 supervisory references
