**Must-Have:** Experience with Cerner EMR system

**Job Description:**

- Work in a 20-bed ICU unit with a patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:1 or 1:2.
- Day shifts scheduled from 7 am, with weekend requirements of 4 weekend shifts every 4 weeks.
- Holidays include working one major and two minor shifts during the Christmas season (eves are minors).
- Required to wear navy blue scrubs.
- Use of Phillips telemetry systems, managing ventilators, and collaborating with respiratory therapists.
- Hospitalist or intensivist will be on-call 24/7.
- Float between different facilities as needed, with floor-specific orientation including a minimum of two shifts and one for Cerner training.
- Common patient diagnoses include neuro conditions, radical cancer surgeries, abdominal and urology cases, CVA, TPA, respiratory failures, sepsis, glycemic control, and oncology patients. This facility is not a dedicated cardiac facility.
- Commitment to working across both campuses with rare instances of mid-shift floating.
- Night shift requires a minimum of two years of experience for both campuses.
- Cancellation policy allows for up to three cancellations per contract.
