**Guaranteed Hours:** 40.00 hours per week

**Experience:** Preferred experience as a Registered Nurse

**License:** Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice

**Certifications:**
- BLS - American Heart Association
- ACLS
- NIH

**Must-Have:**
- ASN - Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
- English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking

**Job Description:**

- Perform independent nursing functions and delegated medical tasks according to accepted practice standards and state Board of Nursing guidelines.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.
- Evaluate health status through ongoing data collection and assessment.
- Provide health teaching and counseling.
- Deliver supportive and restorative therapy and treatment to life and well-being directly to patients or indirectly through consultation, delegation, supervision, or teaching.
- Execute delegated medical functions and refer patients for further evaluation or treatment as needed.
- Review and monitor therapy and treatment plans.
- Document in accordance with hospital and regulatory guidelines.
- Use resources effectively and promote the mission, vision, and values of the organization while adhering to service behavior standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and may float to other departments based on business need.
- May be required to be on-call during scheduled shifts.

Preferred qualifications include having a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and certifications like TNCC.
