$5,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Full time and part time opportunities available. This position will travel to see patients within Thurston, Mason and/or Lewis counties.
This position handles admissions for Hospice patients. This position provides direct health care services to Hospice patients and their families in their homes, and must demonstrate independent clinical expertise throughout the nursing process.

Required qualifications:
- Graduate of a school of nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: Provider BLS – American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of Nursing experience.
- 1 year of Hospice, home health, skilled nursing facility, medical/surgical, or oncology.

About the Team
Providence Clinical Network (PCN) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care. Collectively, our medical groups and affiliate practices are the third largest group in the country with over 11,000 providers, 900 clinics and 30,000 caregivers.
