Experience:

• 24 months of role experience is required.

• 3 months of experience with Epic is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license prior to placement start.

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel and Local candidates are eligible to apply for this role.

• COVID vaccination required to apply. Declinations not accepted.

• COVID booster required for onboarding. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required to apply. Medical declinations accepted.

Additional Details:

Position will be 7 on 7 off

Thursday - Wednesday. Shift times will be 21:30 - 8 or 22:00 - 8:30.

No work hx with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation can be submitted

Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out to submit, otherwise file will be rejected
