**Must-Have:** Positive attitude, helping others, good communication skills, critical thinking, and the ability to problem-solve

**Job Description:**
- Work in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU) with 35 beds
- Maintain patient ratios of 1:4-5, focusing on adult and geriatric populations
- Manage common diagnoses such as cardiac issues, nephrology conditions, strokes, diabetes, and continuous EEG monitoring
- Required to titrate drips, including Cardizem, beta-blockers, and seizure medications
- Collaborate with a Charge Nurse each shift; Charge Nurse does not take an assignment
- Support patient care with the assistance of nurse aids/patient care techs at a ratio of 1:10 or 2:20
- Work shifts from 1830 to 0700, including every third weekend with cyclic rotation
- Meet holiday work requirements every third cycle
- No call or standby requirement
- Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed
- Participate in 1-2 days of unit/department-specific orientation
