Position Description:

The role of the MRI Techno-functional Consultant is to be a primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing the full software implementation life cycle including installation, business process analysis/workflow design, configuration, training, user testing, and overall project management. The individual is expected to work alongside other team members to proactively support the management of their consulting practices. The MRI Techno-functional Consultant must be detail-oriented, anticipatory, organized and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing confidential information. They should also have a good command of Accounting and Real Estate and Investment Management and accounting knowledge would be an asset.

Requirements

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in technology or business or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience with enterprise class software implementation delivery in a project management or business analyst role
  • Must have 2 or more years of MRI Software
  • Proficient in modules like Residential, Commercial, Banking, Investment Banking, Multi-Family property management experience with an emphasizes on accounting functions
  • Prior involvement with providing MRI Software support, along with multiple MRI modules and training to other users.
  • Experience supporting 3rd party vendor applications and interfaces.
  • Must have prior working knowledge in SSRS, Crystal reports, YSR reporting tools.
  • In-depth SQL Server Database Development experience with knowledge of distributed architecture and design
  • Proficient in writing complex and efficient Microsoft SQL / T-SQL queries in a timely manner
  • Proficient in modules like Residential, Commercial, Banking, Investment Banking, Multi-Family property management experience with an emphasizes on accounting functions
  • Experience designing and drafting project management deliverables
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group: executives, managers, subject matter experts, and software developers
  • Identify and lead internal efforts at improving PS effectiveness and efficiency
  • Multi-task and function efficiently with very aggressive schedules/timelines
  • Apply technical and functional leading practices as applicable to each project
  • Proven background in technology consulting and medium to large scale technical roll outs
  • Knowledge of accounting and business process in real estate and investment management
  • Experience supporting technical areas of implementation and PM
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • PMP Certification and/or equivalent combination of related coursework and experience
  • Short notice period candidates preferred (1 month or less)
