Resident Care Assistant (RCA) at Frances Warde Towers

Responsibilities:

* Medication & Treatment: Administer medications and treatments per healthcare provider orders, adhering to all policies.
* Resident Support: Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintaining accurate records.
* Personal Care: Provide emotional and social support, following individualized care plans.
* Community Standards: Adhere to all community policies, ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements:

* C.N.A. Certification: Must have current Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by Connecticut.
* Med Pass Certification: Obtain within 30 days of hire; training provided.
* Bilingual Applicants: Encouraged to apply.

Shift Details: We are currently seeking PT (16 hours) RCA's for 1st and 3rd shift.
