Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Compensation: $22/hour + tips = $28+/hour (annualized amount $58,240+)
Bonus: 1% of profit-performance based, paid on annual basis
JOB SUMMARY:
No prior kitchen experience? No problem We will train you The Kitchen Manager is accountable for the daily production of fudge, corns, brittles, caramel, and chocolate dipped items. The Kitchen Manager will create par levels for Made-In-Store products, forecast MIS sales, create and execute preparation plans for busy seasons, and place routine orders for ingredients with vendors such as US Foods, August Produce, and Kilwins Quality Confections. The Kitchen Manager will coordinate with management to provide exceptional product and service for our guests. This includes meeting or exceeding our established standards for product quality, customer satisfaction, and Cost of Goods. You must lead by example by taking a proactive position to all issues concerning product standards, service standards, and standards of operation. Even though it is not your main duty, you will be cross-trained to function in the counter and sales area and may work in a leadership role in the sales area from time to time. You may be assigned additional duties as needed.
