SUMMARY: This position is responsible for preparing cost estimates for repairs for work to be performed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Answer and return phone calls promptly. Follow up on voicemails.


* Reply to emails in a timely manner, follow up on all correspondences


* Write & submit all warranty, internal, and retail estimates that come into the shops.


* Take necessary pictures for all jobs.


* Cost out materials and labor for estimates.


* Identify parts required to make repairs and makes sure parts are ordered


* Review estimates with customers, advisors, and technicians, when necessary.


* Write supplements on a timely basis and follow up on them to get supplements approved.


* Keep Foreman informed on all repair issues.


* Quality control inspection prior to delivery with Foreman.


* Attend all company required meetings.


* Additional responsibilities as requested or required.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements


* Must have strong math skills & be efficient in using a calculator.


* Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.


* Must be detail oriented


* Must have strong time management skills


* 3-5 years of estimating experience with motorhome wall, ceiling, floor, and/or cabinet damage repairs preferred.


* Product knowledge of how unit is assembled.


* Knowledge of how to efficiently process insurance claims.


* Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English



EDUCATION:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
