We are looking for qualified individuals to add to our growing Clinical team at our Littleton School. Work directly with our clients and help them reintegrate into our community.
Schedule: Generally M-F business hours, consistent with client needs

Compensation: In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary for this Colorado position is $59,291.62 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.
Areas of Responsibility:
- Provide direct clinical services including individual, family, multi-family, and group therapy for a blended caseload of offense specific and non-offense specific youth.
- Provide office and facility school based services.
- Collaborates with school and other personnel to ensure that the social and emotional needs of youth are met.
- Collaborates with school district and other professional team members to assist youth in transitioning back into a more traditional school setting as soon as it is safe and appropriate.
- Work alongside school personnel to build and maintain a positive school culture by coordinating and implementing social emotional support and programming.
- Provide crisis management and risk management services as needed in the school environment.
- Individual, Family, and Outpatient therapies may take place in homes and/or in office
- Complete case management responsibilities
- Clinical documentation including assessments, treatment planning, progress reports, discharge summaries, court reports, and notes in a timely manner
- Transport clients to court and other non-medical appointments as needed
- Utilize behavior management techniques with clients
- Participate in agency on-call rotation
- Must be able to meet strict documentation guidelines
Extra Details:
- Must have flexible hours, may work weekends or evenings
- Travel within the Denver metro area may be required with use of personal vehicle. Mileage will be paid consistent with company policy.
- Must work well on a team and be motivated independently
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced and often acute environment
- Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in Mental Health, Counseling, Social Work, Therapy Preferred
- Clinician & Therapist Professionalism a must

Requirements
- Masters degree in Counseling or a related field from a CACREP accredited school. If the school is not CACREP accredited there must be proof of completion of the educational equivalency review at the time of interview.
- Must be eligible for provisional license through DORA if not already licensed
- Experience in individual, family, and group therapy preferred
- Experience with offense specific population preferred
- Requires skill in assessment, diagnosis, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
- Must be willing to work in a team of professionals outside of the agency
- Must have a valid CO driver's license or the ability to obtain one with a clean motor vehicle record
- Must be willing to pass FBI fingerprint & child abuse database background checks
