Customer Care Representative

Shifts: 12pm - 8pm - Monday - Friday or Saturday - Wednesday
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Experience: Previous experience in similar work environment.

Customer Care Representative Job Summary:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email correspondence.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues.
  • Coordinate with other departments to handle critical support issues.
  • Provide follow-up calls to customers.

Customer Care Representative Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for helping customers with their questions or issues.
  • Complete system documentation to ensure that customer records are complete and accurate.
  • Provide product information on customer orders.
  • Research information using multiple resources .

Customer Care Representative Requirements:
  • Must pass assessments provided by PrideStaff.
  • Previous experience working in an inbound/outbound call center environment prefered.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced, on-site environment.
  • Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00
