Job Description

JOB SUMMARY

Under the supervision of the Director of Dinning this position will be responsible for serving at mealtimes for their scheduled shift and in-between meals they are responsible for cleaning and prepping for the following meal.

JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assists in the preparation of salads, dessert and fruit as directed.
  • Thoroughly cleans the dining room and server area in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations.
  • Performs duties in a timely fashion, and within the approved time frames.
  • Exercises good judgment in preparation of proper food quantities and timely preparation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor, assistant manager, and/or manager.
  • Completes mandatory training and/ or routine training per facility policy such as HIPPA, abuse, resident's rights, dementia, ethics, and emergency preparedness.
  • Busing tables in-between courses, after service busing tables, and resetting for the following meals.
  • In-between services servers are to clean the dining room and server areas.

Pay Rate: $16.00
