Relevant Experience (in Yrs) 8+ Years

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)
• Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
• Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
• Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
• HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
• Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
• Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
• Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors.
• Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
• Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout
• Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS

Experience Required 8+ Years

Roles & Responsibilities
• Contributes and provides input to the development/ implementation projects.
• Work with BSAs in requirements gathering, configuration & development, review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation.
• Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.

Generic Managerial Skills
• Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)
• Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
• Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
• Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
• High-Level communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
