Job Requirements:

Minimum Education

* Associates in Nursing (ADN) or higher
* Completion of Crucial Conversations course is required at first available session.
* Completion of Crucial Accountability course is required within 12 months of hire.

Required Licenses

* Idaho Registered Nurse license
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion upon hire
* Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance required, or other means of transportation.

Minimum Work Experience

* Must have experience working with computers and have the ability to document and communicate via office systems.
* Education and/or experience in a Medical Office setting is preferred.

Essential Functions:

* Weekly Operational Checks:
* Verify temperature and QC logs, document discrepancies.
* Maintain the Lab Book per policies, note any issues.


* Clinical Staff Training and Development:
* Conduct ongoing training and retraining, ensure policy compliance and patient safety.
* Serve as a role model for clinical performance improvement.


* Compliance and Quality Assurance:
* Standardize clinic functions for quality and compliance.
* Collaborate to maintain compliance and quality standards.
* Manage vaccine compliance and education, maintain clinic safety equipment, and handle expired supplies.


* Emergency Preparedness: Facilitate biannual disaster drills in coordination with the disaster preparedness committee.
* Inventory Management:
* Manage supply ordering and inventory controls.
* Standardize supplies across clinics and ensure proper stock levels.


* Training and Validation of Clinical Skills: Identify training needs and facilitate competency validation.
* Facility Maintenance and Communications: Handle clinic work orders and maintain clinic cleanliness.
* Leadership and Coordination: Participate in and contribute to leadership meetings, handle issue resolution and communications.
* Shift Coverage: Perform all clinical staff duties as needed, including patient care and lab tests.
* Miscellaneous: Monitor front office areas, handle emergencies, and communicate non-urgent information to leadership.
