Salary: $23-$27 per hour (negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary: Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join their team as a Dental Scheduler. The Dental Scheduler plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client's dental practice by efficiently managing appointment scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently schedule patient appointments and manage provider schedules.
  • Greet patients, handle inquiries, and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Verify insurance information, update records, and process payments.
  • Maintain EHR system and manage office supplies.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or healthcare management preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and EHR systems.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  • Customer-centric approach and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
