Summary: The FFS Clinician supports Bridgewell's mission by providing individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy and crisis intervention services to individuals with psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (16 hours minimum)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

* Complete diagnostic intakes, treatment plans, goals and objectives, transfer/discharge summaries, and progress notes for assigned caseload.
* Provide individual and/or family counseling with clients on assigned caseloads.
* Coordinate services and collaborate with internal and external providers.
* Participate in clinical team and/or weekly supervision meetings.
* Participate in agency Clinical Risk Team Meetings (CRTs) as appropriate/requested.
* Maintain client records according to regulatory standards.
* Maintain productivity standards as discussed with the supervisor. Will be audited regularly to ensure compliance.
* Complete Utilization Review documentation follow-up promptly.
* Facilitate referrals to other agencies/vendors when appropriate.
* Adhere to all agency policies and procedures.
* Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Education/Experience:

* Masters Degree in social work, psychology, education, or counseling.
* Massachusetts state license preferred.
* Experience working with people with mental illness and/or developmental disabilities.

Required Skills/Knowledge:

* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must have excellent organizational skills.
* Must have the ability to focus on and assess the clinical needs of clients and design indicated treatment goals and objectives.
* Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team setting.

Physical Demands:

* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to climb stairs.
* The employee must be able to drive a vehicle.
* Must have a normal range of eyesight with or without corrective lenses.
* Must have a normal range of hearing with or without corrective equipment.
