$2,000 hiring/sign-on bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Leads assist department supervisors by ensuring that Food Service staff are providing a high level of customer service for patients, family members, volunteers, physicians and staff. Must have comprehensive knowledge of, and be compliant with, specified regulatory requirements, and food safety and sanitation regulations for food service in a health care environment. Assists in monitoring the cleanliness and sanitation of area(s) of responsibility.

Required Qualifications:
* Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
* National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
* National ServSafe Manager Certification - National Restaurant Association within 6 months of hire.
* Experience working successfully in a team environment to accomplish common goals.
* 2 years - Experience using food production software (i.e. Computrition), process orders essential for food operations, print necessary reports and update recipes in the data base.
* 3 years - Production and Retail Leads: Experience working in a high volume, full service restaurant or institutional food service facility.
