Highlights of what our Landscape Construction Estimator will do:

* Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
* Execute take-offs of construction documents.
* Input take-offs into spreadsheet.
* Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors.
* Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project
* Informs immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database.
* Prepares cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects.
* Other projects and tasks as assigned.

Skills and experience that are necessary will include, but not be limited to:

* Degree in Construction Management or Landscape Architecture is a plus
* Intermediate skill level in Excel and mathematics
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* At least a year of related experience is prefered
