Job Details CVOR / Vascular Endovein Harvest First Assist / CST - CST FA Must Be Able to Endoscopically Harvest Veins JOB REQUIREMENTS Education: Graduated of certified surgical technology school. Completion of accredited First Assist course. Licensure: Current Surgical Technologist certification through the Association of Surgical Technologists. Experience: Two years of CST or CSTFA surgical experience Certifications: BLS required. Safety Sensitive Designation: This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana. Note: Candidates that live within a fifty 50 mile radius of Baxter Regional Medical Center and/or candidates that were previously employed with Baxter Regional within the past five 5 years are not eligible for consideration.
