**Description:**

+ Dispense, control and monitor medications and biologicals used in the facility

+ Changes should be evaluated and discussed with the Director of Pharmacy Services and local Pharmacy Manager

+ This position is needed to cover one weekend per month on Saturday and Sunday from 7am-12pm, for a total of 10 guaranteed hours per months. As needed coverage during Monday-Friday will also be available, but not guaranteed.

+ Pharmacy hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am - 5:00pm; Saturday - Sunday 7:00am - 12:00pm

**Position Requirements** :

**A: Licensure/Certification/Registration** : Must have completed all Georgia Licensure requirements and maintain a current Georgia Pharmacy License.

**B. Education:** A Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy or a PharmD from an accredited School of Pharmacy.

**C: Experience:** Previous experience in a hospital pharmacy or long-term care experience is desired.
