What You'll Do:
- Patient Care: Perform a variety of clinical tasks including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, running diagnostic tests, and assisting providers during procedures.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient intake, medical records, and ensure smooth office operations. Handle billing inquiries, documentation requests, and more.
- Clinical Skills: Assist with blood draws, EKGs, and medication preparations. Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all aspects of patient care and medical record management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers and other Medical Assistants to ensure coordinated, efficient patient care.
What We're Looking For:
- Essential Skills & Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate patient records.
- Proficiency with computers and software programs, including Google Workspace.
- Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Medical Assistant Certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with EMR systems.
- Bilingual skills and additional certifications in specialized areas (e.g., phlebotomy, EKG).
