What You Will Do

The Operational Assistant acts as the point of contact between the Executive Vice President of the company and its internal/external clients. Undertaking the task of receiving calls, taking messages and routing correspondence. Handling the executives day-to-day calendar, organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders. Coordinating Operational projects as needed.

Requirements

* Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant, Healthcare Operational Assistant
* Exemplary planning and time management skills.
* High level verbal and written communications skills
* Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required
