Our LPN Residency helps new graduates transition into their nursing practice by emphasizing orientation, education, and evidence-based practice. About the Role:

This is a general application for the LPN Residency Program. All candidates will apply to our general posting for consideration for any of the cohorts/start dates listed below.

LPN Residency Program Summary:

The LPN Residency Program is a structured & comprehensive 12-month Program for licensed practical nurses with less than 1 year of experience as an LPN.

The Program supports your transition into professional Nursing Practice through:

* 14 weeks of orientation with a dedicated Preceptor


* Dedicated Mentors, Nurse Manager & Nurse Coordinators


* Use of our state-of-the-art Simulation Labs


* Quarterly Seminars


* Didactic Learning



Fall 2024 Cohort Start Date:

* Monday, October 7, 2024

Minimum Job Qualifications:

* Licensure or other certifications: Licensed to practice as an LPN in Georgia before the start of the program.
