Central Coast Home Health is a fast-growing and locally owned organization with an excellent reputation throughout San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara counties. We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time or part time (3 days/wk) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team for the Lompoc-Santa Ynez Valley territory.

The regular work schedule is Monday-Friday (generally 8 to 5PM) with a weekend rotation.

Requirements:

* Current California LVN license
* Minimum one (1) year of professional nursing (LVN &/or RN) work experience
* Reliable vehicle to drive for work
* Current Driver's License and maintenance of a clean driving record
* Have and maintain auto insurance coverage
* Current approved health care provider CPR Certification
* Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $35.00-$45.00 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of experience, location, and years of experience.
