Service Advisor

Optimum RV is a family owned RV Dealership looking to hire an experienced Service Advisor The ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience and can work in a high volume, fast paced environment.  

Responsibilities: 

• Presents Maintenance Menu’s to Customers Based on Length of Ownership & Manufacturer Recommendations 

• Performs service “meet and greet” 

• Initial Vehicle Walk Around 

• Performs vehicle Courtesy Inspection 

• Generates all service Repair Orders and close R.O.’s when work is completed 

• Acquires customer authorizations on service work 

• Schedules Service Appointments 

• Answers all service department calls 

• Liaison between the customer and the service department 

• Perform daily customer status follow-up phone calls 

• All other responsibilities as assigned 

Minimum Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or GED equivalent 

• 2-3 years customer service 

• RV/Automotive/Powersports Experience Preferred
